Zuza 2

Zuza 2 is a design for a small single-storey house with a habitable attic, in keeping with the trend for modern architecture. Despite its modest size, this design offers full living comfort for a family of up to four. It is a compact single-storey house with a perfectly planned layout and a contemporary look. Zuza 2 has a footprint of up to 70 m², which means it can be built on the basis of a simple building notification rather than full planning permission. Its width also makes it suitable for so-called narrow plots. A simple, minimalist rectangular form, a gable roof without eaves and a footprint not exceeding 70 m² guarantee low construction costs. The modern look of the house is defined by anthracite standing-seam metal roofing, set in contrast against white render and warm natural timber. Large windows let plenty of natural light into the interior, which not only makes the rooms brighter but also lets you enjoy views of the surrounding landscape. Despite the limited usable floor area, the layout has been carefully planned. The ground floor is the living area, with an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. An extra room on the ground floor can serve various purposes, depending on the household's needs. The ground floor also includes a bathroom and a utility room housing the heat pump. The attic contains three practical bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room. Making the most of the attic space ensures comfortable living for the whole household. A house of this size naturally means lower costs, both during construction and in later running costs. A smaller footprint also means you can buy a smaller plot, which can give you a better choice of location. The Zuza 2 house design is an excellent combination of modern design, practicality and a sustainable approach to building, making it an attractive option for those who value comfortable living in smaller, modern homes.
