The Surazkowo design is a modern interpretation of the regional house of Podlasie – created with simplicity, practicality and the beauty of local tradition in mind. Its proportions, layout and roof echo historic rural architecture, but have been adapted to today's standards of comfort and energy efficiency.

• Living and dining room: 20.6 m² with large windows and access to the terrace

• Kitchen: bright and open-plan – 8.69 m²

• Bathroom: 5.6 m² + separate WC

• Utility room/storage: 2.95 m²

• Hall and circulation: efficiently designed

• Unconverted attic: can be adapted as storage, an extra room or a mezzanine

Options and construction methods

The Surażkowo design is available in two prefabricated versions:

• KVH/CLT timber – for those who value natural materials and a healthy indoor climate

• Expanded clay concrete – for those looking for a solid, warm structure with excellent thermal performance

Both versions can be delivered turnkey, including fitting of windows, roof and services, plus interior finishing.

Fast construction

The house can be delivered as a ready-made investment property, as a house built on a simple notification (in a simplified version), or as a conventional building with full planning permission. Thanks to prefabrication, the components are made in our factory hall and assembled on site in just a few days.
