The Mati House – a single-storey home with character and spectacular light

The Mati design is for those looking for a modern, practical single-storey house of around 120 m², ideal for year-round living or as a comfortable weekend residence.

It impresses with spectacular glazing on both sides of the building, which not only opens the interior up to nature but also floods the living room with light throughout the day. The living space of almost 37 m² flows seamlessly between the lounge area, dining room and open-plan kitchen, creating a warm, welcoming heart of the home. The living room opens onto the terrace on two sides, so you can make the most of the garden whatever the time of day or angle of the sun.

A particular highlight is the covered terrace recess – perfect for cooler or rainy days, letting you enjoy being outdoors whatever the weather. It is a feature that makes the house exceptionally versatile and practical.

A well-thought-out layout

The Mati design includes:

• 3 comfortable bedrooms (one with its own walk-in wardrobe)

• 2 bathrooms

• a separate WC and utility room

• a plant room

• an open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area – a generous 36.97 m²

• efficiently planned circulation space

The house is designed to give everyone privacy while also offering a large shared living space for everyday life and get-togethers.

Available technologies

The Mati house can be built in one of two modern prefabrication technologies:

• KVH/CLT timber – for those who value natural materials, a healthy indoor climate and sustainable construction

• Expanded clay concrete (LECA) – for those looking for a solid, durable structure with excellent insulation and heat-storage properties

Both technologies allow you to build a house to a high energy standard, with the option of a full turnkey interior finish.

Who is it for?

The Mati house is ideal for:

• Families with one or two children

• Couples looking for space and comfort

• Remote workers who want to combine home life with nature

• Investors looking for a ready-made design with premium rental potential
