Helen – a modern house with a habitable attic

The Helen house is a single-storey building with a habitable attic that sits perfectly within modern architectural trends. Thanks to its carefully planned layout and minimalist form, this compact house offers comfortable living for a family of up to four, while remaining inexpensive to build and run.

Practicality and savings
Despite a footprint of up to 70 m², the Helen house makes excellent use of space. The ground floor is a spacious day zone with an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen – the perfect place to spend time together. It also includes an additional room that can be adapted to the residents' needs, a bathroom and a practical utility room with space for a heat pump.
The attic houses three practical bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room, giving residents both comfort and privacy.

Eye-catching design
The building's modern character is emphasised by its minimalist form, a gable roof without eaves and a façade that combines anthracite standing-seam metal cladding, dark tiles and natural timber panels. Large windows flood the interior with natural light while letting you admire the surrounding landscape.

A well-planned layout and extra features
A standout feature is the large L-shaped terrace that wraps around two sides of the house, making it more practical and giving you more space to relax outdoors. The rectangular plan works perfectly on small plots, making the most of the available space.

The advantages of building on a notification
With a footprint of up to 70 m², the Helen house can be built on a simple notification, with no need for a building permit, a construction log or a site manager. This makes the building process quicker and less expensive.

Economy and comfort in one
The Helen design combines modern looks, practicality and cost-saving solutions, both during construction and in everyday use. It is the ideal choice for anyone who values comfort, style and a sensible approach to planning their living space.
