Fina is a single-storey house designed in the modern barn style. Despite its simple form, the design looks truly striking. It features an original façade finish and a layout refined down to the last detail. The compact building is based on a rectangular plan and topped with a gable roof without eaves, which is characteristic of this type of house. The façade is clad in boards in a natural dark wood tone. The roof is covered with standing-seam metal sheeting in graphite, which flows seamlessly down onto the façade.
